GQA joined the Wiston team as Inspecting Architects for the Main House and Outbuildings. Working closely with both the freehold owners, the Goring Family, and the longterm leaseholders, His Majesty’s Foreign Office.
Our responsibilities include:
Quinquennial Inspections every 5 years.
Identifying maintenance projects of the historic fabric on behalf of the freeholders.
Identifying and assisting the Leaseholders with individual projects and issues as they arise.
