Charterhouse Street

The owners of a listed Victorian bank building in Smithfield appointed GQA to upgrade the building, and create a new roof-level extension to provide new high-quality office space. The site is both sensitive and complex, sitting within a conservation area and directly above the new Crossrail tunnels. We worked closely with the local authority to secure consent.
